bdtk3 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bdtk3 platform. This document covers all rules in detail — from account registration to bonuses, payments, and account closure.

1 General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdtk3 platform and all services under it. By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on bdtk3, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree with any term, you are asked to stop using the bdtk3 platform. bdtk3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and members will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner.

These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. Further details about the platform's background and objectives can be found on the bdtk3 About Us page.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account at bdtk3, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Your name, mobile number, and email address must all be filled in correctly. Providing false or incomplete information may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, name, or payment method will result in all such accounts being cancelled, and the associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

bdtk3 reserves the right to verify identity before processing any withdrawal. A copy of a national ID or other government-issued identity document may be requested. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the withdrawal request may remain on hold.

Important: It is the member's own responsibility to keep account information up to date. If any information needs to be changed, please contact the support team.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to use all services on bdtk3 is 21 years21+. It is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21 to open an account or use the platform. If the verification process shows that a member is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited.

In addition, persons in areas of Bangladesh or circumstances where such activity is legally restricted are prohibited from opening an account or using the service. bdtk3 reserves the right to take any action necessary to enforce this rule.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bdtk3 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. bdtk3 reserves the right to verify the source of any deposit and may refuse to process suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are available for withdrawals. At the time of a withdrawal request, the account must have sufficient balance and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

bdtk3 may request additional verification information for any transaction. Transactions may be put on hold or cancelled where necessary to prevent money laundering or other illegal activities.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Claiming this bonus triggers wagering requirements — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Opening multiple accounts solely to earn bonuses, providing false information, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.3 Other Promotions

Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on that promotion's page. bdtk3 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

  • Bonuses are only awarded against deposits made with real money.
  • Each promotion is one-time only — the same promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless the terms state otherwise.
  • Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash; they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • VIP members may receive additional benefits, which will be determined by the terms of their tier.

6 Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on bdtk3 are operated by third-party providers. The outcome of each game is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every round fully independent and impartial.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances, bdtk3 reserves the right to cancel a bet, in which case the stake will be returned.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket and other sports, rules apply in the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or ended early. In such cases, the rules set by the game provider will be followed.

6.4 System Errors

In the event of any technical problem or server failure, bdtk3 reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected rounds or transactions. Any bet placed on the basis of incorrect odds or amounts displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

  1. Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  2. Participating in match fixing or manipulation of the outcome of any event.
  3. Attempting to breach system security through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
  4. Using another member's account or attempting to steal their information.
  5. Using bots or automated software to conduct games or betting.
  6. Participating in any activity that damages bdtk3's reputation.
  7. Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting the promotion system.
Warning: Any of the above activities may result in all balances in the associated account being forfeited, and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Suspension by bdtk3

bdtk3 may temporarily suspend any account for investigation in the event of a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or failure to complete verification. Deposits and withdrawals will not be possible during the suspension period. After the investigation, the account may be reactivated or permanently closed.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their own account. To do so, please contact the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed; no claims will be accepted after closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, members may restrict or close their account for a set period or permanently. Detailed guidance on this is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

bdtk3 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. All collection, storage, and use of data is governed by bdtk3's Privacy Policy. Members' information is not sold or transferred to any third party, but may be shared with selected partners for legal reasons or to provide the service.

The platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all data transfers secure. Members are solely responsible for keeping their password confidential. Giving any other person access to the account is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

All services provided through the bdtk3 platform are offered on an "as is" basis. bdtk3 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Games or bets being affected by loss of internet connection.
  • Loss caused by a fault in third-party software or a game provider.
  • Loss caused by a problem with the member's own device or connection.
  • Service being temporarily disrupted due to an unexpected technical error.

In any circumstance, bdtk3's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

11 Changes and Amendments to Terms

bdtk3 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or by a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of that change.
